With an impressive view of Nottingham Castle, a good selection of beer on tap and a bistro-style fixed price food menu to choose from, Fothergills is always a solid option.

Cock & Hoop

The Cock & Hoop is a friendly and traditional pub with a great selection of real ales. Look out for it on high pavement, just up from the National Justice Museum.

Pitcher & Piano

A modern bar with a good variety of drinks and food to choose from, Pitcher & Piano is home to one of the larger beer gardens in the city.

Bierkeller

If you're a big fan of sport and beer, head to Bierkeller - a German-themed pub with a delightful vibe that often runs its own beer and wine tasting events.

Ye Olde Salutation Inn

Arguably Nottingham’s oldest inn, Ye Olde Salutation Inn is a 15th-century pub that's always a pleasure to visit.

The Bodega has always been a cool spot for drinks but they’ve somehow raised the bar even higher with their new outdoor area in Cobden Chambers.

Cross Keys

The Cross Keys is a fairly traditional pub with plenty of real ale and craft beer on offer.

Turtle Bay

You may be aware with Turtle Bay, a fun chain bar just off of Trinity Square with Caribbean cuisine and tasty cocktails. Well worth a visit if you're looking for something familiar.

The Waterfront

With a stunning view of the canal and very reasonable prices, it’s difficult to not consider The Waterfront for outdoor drinks and food.

The Castle Pub
