They’re open 24 hours a day and are located in Trinity Square, which means it’s perfect for those of you that work in town and want to go and work out afterwards. No long-term contracts, so if you have a change of heart or realise that it’s not for you then you don’t have much to lose.

UFC (aka the Ultimate Fighting Championships) has become a spectator sensation in the UK over the last decade. So when Nottingham became one of the first cities in the country to bag an official UFC gym it was something of a coup. If you want to learn how to compete in fighting tournaments, rather than just watch them on television, this is the gym for you.
