Nottingham Castle Reopens its Gates

The much anticipated reopening of Nottingham Castle is due to take place June 21st. Following a sensational £30 million refurbishment, the cherished castle is back once again with a whole host of fresh features.

Having been closed for three years, the site is truly ecstatic to open its door again and welcome the public back into the astonishing historic setting. The substantial revamp includes nine new exhibition areas hosting collections of art and sculptures, an aptly named outdoor play area ‘Hood’s Hideout’ bringing the legendary folklore to life and much more.

Opening daily from 10am to 6pm, tickets will soon be available to book so make sure you don’t miss out!

 

Brilliant Beer Gardens

Despite restrictions allowing food and drink to be enjoyed indoors, the summer months boast glorious sunshine and the chance to enjoy a refreshing cold beverage outside. 

Beer gardens are undoubtedly the place to be basking in the warmer weather with family and friends, all while supporting the local businesses that have been craving a crowd for so long.
