A weekly spotlight on the fabulous Nottingham Independents, who make our City unique.
The OG Six Barrel Drafthouse opened in November 2016 but feels like it’s been there a lot longer. Surrounded by independent shops and restaurants, Six Barrel Drafthouse sits right in the middle of a bustling area of the Creative Quarter of Nottingham known as Hockley.
Six Barrel Drafthouse is a city centre bar with a rural community pub feel, serving a large range of Real Ale, Craft Beer, Gin, Whiskey, Wine and Coffee. Enjoy your favourite tipple whilst playing one of their many board games and coo over the doggos that frequent here! Regulars will know Ezra, the Landlord, who independently manages the Pub People’s first city centre establishment.
Did you know?
You can follow the adventures of the pub’s dog Ginny @ginnyatsix, who has taken up patrols of the city with Ezra during lockdown. Big Star Wars fan? Once we’re allowed back into hospitality venues, use the force to look out for all the hidden memorabilia dotted around Six Barrel Drafthouse. There’s certainly plenty of entertainment in this venue!
