Hockley Hustle and Circle of Light have teamed up to create a bank holiday extravaganza of live stream performances that you definitely shouldn't miss
Following the success of Light Hustle Festival, Hockley Hustle and Circle of Light are back with a new online event and this time it's so big that they need two days to fit everything in. Nottstopping festival will take place over the bank holiday weekend on 23rd and 24th May 2020. Just like last time, the festival is free to watch and can be viewed in its entirety from the comfort of your own home.
The festival will feature a multi stream programme of 150 hours of music, film, dance, comedy, theatre, poetry, food, art and design, fashion and family focused activities. Made by Notts and for Notts, the online event will be raising funds to provide treats, gifts and experiences for the county’s hardworking frontline key workers.
Hockley Hustle director and Nottstopping Festival organiser Ben Welch had this to say: “We see, hear and feel the need to continue making, collaborating and delivering artistic content across Nottinghamshire, connecting with as many communities and individuals as possible digitally and beyond. This festival is a vital opportunity to bring together Nottinghamshire’s incredible cultural organisations and individuals to stage a weekend of positive, uplifting brilliance for thousands of people across the city and county in a time of unprecedented uncertainty and separation.”
