Light Night is back and this year it’s double the fun!
For the first time ever, Light Night will take place over two evenings on Friday 7th and Saturday 8th February and it’s bigger and better than ever. The city will come alive with a spectacle of awe-inspiring work from talented artists from around the UK and fun interactive installations suitable for the entire family.
Visitors can expect parades, breath-taking performances, brilliant light sculptures and much more on both nights. Highlights include an innovative augmented reality trail by artist Jason Wilsher-Mills and a gigantic projected installation on Nottingham’s iconic Council House.
As with each Light Night, the event will have an overarching theme. This year’s theme is Life on Earth. The event is free to attend on both evenings and is perfect for people of all ages to take part in.
