Where to Shop

Nottingham city is full to bursting with a retail scene sure to satisfy all of your needs.

For great clothing there are outlets ranging from high-street staples like Primark, situated on Long Row just off the square, to shops selling vintage delights like COW in Hockley. There are also independent, designer-stocking boutiques such as the lovely Gigi Bottega, sitting just off the square in Flying Horse Walk.

Gamers have access to multiple Game stores in the city, including one in Victoria Centre, as well as the unique National Videogame Arcade in Hockley which showcases gaming history through the interactive means of its subject.

Lovers of manga and comic books will feel at home in Forbidden Planet on Friar Lane or the brilliant independent Page 45 on Market Street, and it’s hard to beat Waterstones on Bridlesmith Gate if you’re out looking for a good read.

PC World on Milton Street will cover you for any electronic bits and pieces you may need, while Tiger in the Victoria Centre offers an eclectic selection of wares from candles to walkie talkies to picture frames to who-knows-what-you’ll-find!
