Another popular spot in Hockley, Bar Iberico offer plenty of choice in a laid-back setting which feels grown-up without being too formal. They don't have a dedicated kids menu, but are able to modify most items on the menu (which includes tapas, flatbreads and cheese boards) to suit children's tastebuds. It's worth keeping in mind that they don't offer bookings for groups smaller than 8, so you might need to wait at busier times.

Getting around Nottingham with kids
Parking
There are plenty of parking options within the city centre, and all of Nottingham City Council's car parks hold Park Mark status, reflecting high levels of maintenance and low levels of crime. Trinity Square, Lace Market and Broad Marsh car parks are all within easy walking distance of different parts of the city centre.
Public transport
If you don't fancy driving into the city centre, there are nine park and ride sites across Nottingham, serviced by buses or trams. The tram network is buggy-friendly, and a group ticket allows for unlimited travel on a day for 1-2 adults and up to 3 children.
Walking
Once you've reached the city centre, you'll find it's quite compact! All of the areas in this guide are within about a 15 minute walk of Old Market Square, making it easy to move between areas without needing to get back in the car. If little legs are needing a helping hand, the tram and bus networks weave through the city centre to drop you a bit closer to the next place you're visiting.
