Thier coffee is called Doi Chaang and is from Northern Thailand and is roasted in Nottingham. Doi Chaang Coffee is also beyond fairtrade, which makes it fair for the farm owners and workers. The Hockley Kitchen have made to order sandwiches, salads and homemade cakes and snacks, along side their gluten free and dairy free sandwiches and snacks. Soya Milk and Soya Spread are available as an alternative to butter and milk. They also serve gluten free cakes and biscuits, in addition to gluten free bread, pancakes and panini.
