In 2005, Barburitto opened its first UK restaurant.
The founders spent time in Mexico falling in love with the spirited culture and exotic climate, but most of all they loved the irresistible, flavoursome food.
They’re food fanatics who found their calling in the iconic burrito, so they stole the greatest recipes and set about crafting and perfecting the art of sensational Mexican food.
