DIY Japanese Bookbinding Workshop

Join the creative world of experimental bookbinding and learn how to make unique and playful books.

You will be guided step-by-step through the process to create your own notebook, using easily sourced materials and tools, or those you can find around you. At the end of the session you will have your own beautiful, handmade book and colourful cover jacket. Perfect to give as a gift or for your own enjoyment!

This event is online via  Zoom at 1:30pm till 3pm on Friday 28th October. If you are interested in attending the online workshop, please remember to add your address when ordering your ticket and book by 20/10/2022 to receive the materials in the post. All our Make it Yours from home (online sessions) will now have live captioning.

Our Make it Yours workshops are back at the National Justice Museum! You’re invited to drop into our Creative Courtyard and make something inspired by the museum collection.

Our creative sessions are free and open to all. Join us to make and create together and contribute to our growing museum! The sessions will be led by artists, makers, and writers, all influenced by this unique museum. Please register using the link.
