Introduce an indie week - Stick & Ribbon

A weekly spotlight on the fabulous Nottingham Independents, who make our City unique.

Stick & Ribbon

Starting as a private shopping and personal styling service- their pop up business was such a success that they found their first permanent Nottingham home back in 2012. Now located in their new home at Cobden Chambers, at the top of Pelham Street, Stick & Ribbon offer a full range of ladies clothing and accessories.

About the shop:

The shop is owned by the ever fashionable Sally, who always greets her customers with a warm smile and cheery hello. Sally employs a small team whose aim is to make shopping fun!  You should consider the store as your personal dressing room where you get friendly and helpful advice about what's going to work for you, your wardrobe and your lifestyle!

Sally shares lots of styling tips and hosts masterclasses online- taking designer items and translating them into everyday wearing. A strong advocate for Nottingham, Sally is often seen out and about the city creating content for her business

Fun fact:

You may not know where the name Stick & Ribbon comes from – well they’re the tools of the trade! Their services include personal styling where they use a stick and a ribbon to analyse your body proportions! Sally and her family are regulars on TikTok and have been getting creative on the platform through lockdown- check out their family fun- @stickandribbon
