Ay-Up Market 2026

The Ay-Up Market is a great opportunity to support local businesses, and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the city.

We're expecting over 90 traders including street food from The Bagel Project, Bombay Delicatessen and Yello Yard, and drinks from Blue Monkey Brewery bar.

Activities for the whole family include workshops curated by The Bead Shop which are available to book during the three-day market, free face painting and family crafts (Saturday & Sunday only) and our fun, traditional hook-a-duck stall.

With so many talented local independents taking part, there will be a great offering of a variety of products such as freshly baked goods, sweet treats, fine wine and liquors, vintage clothing, plants, skincare, homeware, arts and crafts, handmade jewellery and pet accessories.

The event is not just about shopping, though. There will be an exciting program of live music from the main stage with a line-up of Notts-based artists and performers representing global music and curated by Rastarella from Cultural Vibrations.

Expect performances on Smithy Row too this year, including the well-loved Rock Choir, drumming workshops, and don't miss the Dog Ross show on Sunday afternoon. 

There’ll also be a host of roaming entertainment, including Morris dancing on Saturday & Sunday.
